First-Time Custom Lymphatic Treatment — 90 Minutes

New clients, start here. Your first appointment is more than just a lymphatic treatment. This 90-minute session begins with an in-depth discovery consultation so I can understand your body, your concerns, your goals, and what you are hoping to achieve before we begin treatment. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to lymphatic work. Two people can come in with similar concerns and require completely different treatment plans. This first session allows me to meet your body first and determine what it actually needs. We will begin by discussing your specific goals and what brought you in. Depending on your concerns, we may discuss: Areas of swelling, puffiness, bloating or fluid retention Inflammation and areas where you frequently feel congested Body contouring or sculpting goals Previous surgeries, cosmetic procedures or treatments Lifestyle factors that may be contributing to how your body is feeling Areas of tightness, tenderness or restriction Your current exercise, hydration and recovery habits Previous experiences with lymphatic drainage or body contouring Any relevant health considerations or contraindications What you would realistically like to improve through treatment This conversation gives me the information I need to customize your session rather than automatically putting every client through the same routine. Following your consultation, we will move into hands-on treatment. I will assess how your body responds to touch and lymphatic stimulation while paying close attention to areas that appear congested, swollen, restricted or in need of additional support. Your treatment may include a combination of manual lymphatic techniques, deeper targeted bodywork, body contouring techniques, and specialized modalities selected according to what I see and feel during your assessment. Rather than treating the entire body exactly the same way, I will spend more time working with the areas that require additional attention while supporting healthy lymphatic movement throughout the body. Because my treatments are customized, your session may look different from someone else's—and that is intentional. Your first appointment also gives us a baseline. At the end of your appointment, we can discuss my observations, your treatment goals, and a personalized recommendation for your next steps. Please allow the full 90 minutes for your first appointment, as your consultation and assessment are an important part of creating your treatment plan.
